Decrease the percentage of students receiving either long-term or short-term suspensions.

Percentage of Black Students Issued Out of School Suspensions
Decrease the percentage of Black students who are issued out-of-school suspensions as compared to all other racial groups.

Increase the number of teachers represented on school-level principal advisory committees.
