Identify and eliminate inequitable systems, policies, programs, procedures, and practices that impede a student’s inclusion and success.
Strategy 1:
Create a cycle of program evaluation in an effort to ensure all effective programs are continued and expanded while any ineffective programs are discontinued.Strategy 2:
Implement findings from division-wide audits (i.e. curriculum, technology, equity, etc.) that will create fair and equitable practices to increase each student’s success.

Concentration of Poverty
Decrease the concentration of poverty in our schools through educational planning.

Diversity Across Schools
Increase racial diversity in our schools through educational planning.

Diversity Across Programs
Increase the percentages of subgroup populations in specialty programs as compared to division enrollment.

Non-Accredited Schools Not Fully Staffed by First Day of School
Decrease the number of non-accredited schools that are not fully staffed by the first day of school.

Diversity of AP and DE Enrollment
Increase the percentage of students by subgroup enrolled in at least one Advanced Placement or Dual Enrollment class by graduation to align with student demographics.

Diversity of Honors Class Enrollment
Increase the percentage of students by subgroup enrolled in honors classes to align with student demographics.

Students Identified as Gifted or Emerging Scholar
Increase the percentage of students identified as gifted or as emerging scholars to align with student demographics.
