Mr. David W. Faircloth began his education career in Norfolk serving as a classroom teacher in grades 4 & 5 at Oceanair Elementary. He continued as an instructional specialist at Norview Elementary and an assistant principal at Crossroads Elementary and now serves as principal at Larrymore. He was raised in the state of Tennessee and came to Virginia to attend Old Dominion University.

Hello Lions! I’m Audrey B. Williams, and I am honored to be your Assistant Principal at Larrymore Elementary. I have been in education for the past 16 years, and this profession is far more than a “job” to me. It’s my passion, my calling, my hobby, and one of my loves.

As an educator, I have the opportunity each and every day to make a positive difference in the life of a child. I don’t take lightly the responsibility I have to help educate our students and keep them safe. Working together with other educators, community members, and you, the parents, there is nothing we can’t accomplish as we work together.

I am looking forward to continue learning, and developing innovative ways to improve insturction so we can develop lifelong learners that will become good citizens that will be college and career ready!
