The Family Welcome and Wellness Center is located at 2971 Kimball Loop, Norfolk, VA 23504, within The Grandy Village Learning Center. It hosts two important Norfolk Public Schools programs: the NPS You Matter program and the Preschool Matters Program.

Founded in 2022, the center serves as a welcoming space for events designed for Title I students and their families at Norfolk Public Schools. Registration is necessary for each event that is hosted, and information can be accessed on the calendar featured on our website. These gatherings give families access to community resources and supplies that support their children’s academic success. Community partners are invited throughout the year to participate in professional development sessions that strengthen Title I programs for our district’s administrators and school support staff, enabling them to better address the needs of families in the Norfolk community.
