Dr. White has worked for Norfolk Public Schools since 1998 and has served as the administrator of Easton Preschool since 2011.  She earned her Doctor of Education at the University of Virginia and holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from Old Dominion University.  Dr. White enjoys working collaboratively with teachers and parents to promote social, behavioral, and academic success for preschool students!

Mrs. Anna Meister has worked for Norfolk Public Schools for 20 years.  She is married and has two children who are both educators.  Prior to her work with the school system, Mrs. Meister served in the U. S. Navy and was also a Navy wife.  She enjoys helping families as they begin their first public school experiences!
