• Do you need a Granby High School transcript or diploma? (This includes individuals, colleges, or employers.)

    Requesting Student Records

Current and former Norfolk Public Schools students may obtain copies of their education and/or health records by following the procedures for requesting records.  A transcript is the only verification of education/graduation that we can provide because diplomas are not kept as part of the permanent record.

In accordance with federal and state laws, the school division maintains students’ permanent academic records containing the name, address, phone number, grades, attendance records and year of graduation or withdrawal for 75 years.  Additionally, in accordance with federal and state laws, special education records are maintained for 5 years after a student withdraws or graduates.

All transcript requests for students who are not currently active at Granby High School must go through the Parchmant transcript request system.  Please select this link to be taken to the web site which has additional information on how to make that request.

    Copy of Diploma Any Year

Diplomas can be printed for any year for a fee of $25.  Please keep in mind that while the diploma will have the correct graduation year and name, information such as principal, superintendent, & school board chair will show those currently in the position.
