By the end of the 2020 – 2021, 100% of all students will show growth in comprehension.  Growth will be measured in Reading and Math using PALS (K) and STAR (2 – 5) assessments.  80% of the students currently Below Benchmark will move from one band to the next. The remaining students will show growth within their band.
