Ms. Sue Rascoe

Hello parents, I am Ms. Rascoe. This will be my fifth year teaching at ECC. I have taught in Norfolk for over 30 years. Yes, that is a long time😊. I have two wonderful sons. This year, my oldest son graduated from college and my youngest son graduated from high school. I can not wait to meet you and your child.
